Good Morning from Groundhog Hill where March has come in like a Lion thanks to four inches of Snow which is now slowly melting.
Here’s some Good News for Modern Men (& Women)….my sister Paula’s café, Paula’s Hot Biscuit, is featured in the March 2014 issue of Kentucky Monthly magazine’s signature food series, 120 Eats, which singles out the best places to eat in each of Kentucky’s 120 counties.
Well done, Sister! Congratulations on this recognition. After 17 years, that’s a lot of Biscuits & Gravy!
Too bad that writer Dana McMahan didn’t visit in the summer months when she could have enjoyed some fresh Zinnias from Groundhog Hill that usually grace the tables at the Biscuit!
Meanwhile, Spring is just around the proverbial Corner…..I am counting the days.
